Buy Aircraft in USA and sell abroad

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am trying to buy a new aircraft here in USA and sell it to a company based outside the United States. My question is do I have to pay tax on the aircraft if I buy it and sell it off immediately to a foreign company?

It all depends. If it is being exported outside. If you buy it and it gets N (November) registration on it then you need to pay tax.
