I think Canadian is the one wanted to be reopened most, as there is very little competition in Canadian air transport after the purchasing of Canadian by Air Canada, thus making airfare very high.

By far TWA. I remember going to STL when everything was TWA. Plus, you can't beat their latest c/s.
