Complete funding is available through a foundation in the UAE that invests in such projects. it is a 100% funding based on a JV. Conditions apply. pl respond with details.

1. If you have or can find someone with 67% equity of whatever you want to borrow and can have a bank underwrite a Commercial Credit facility as a debt equity, I can send you some information for a private lender who can contribute 100% capital. I can't use them because I do not have 67% of hard equity.
