Forget about it! There is Aer Arann providing this kind of service with an ATR 42 or 72. You can not compete with a PC-12.

Dear All,

I'm looking for investors who can invest up to £5,000,000 into a start-up commuter airline in the UK. A fleet of Pilatus PC-12s to operate daily flights from London to Ireland and London to Isle of Man. I have customers and businesses lined up already.
A five year plan to grow of a fleet of 6 aircraft and then to change the AOC to be able to operate international and domestic flights in Europe and use a fleet of 737 or A319.
