Looking for AOC holder/partner for proof-of-concept operation

We are looking for a partner with an un/under used passenger aircraft and European AOC to assist with a proof-of-concept operation, testing an alternative regional aviation management & commercialisation model. Aircraft type should be turboprop of 12/15 - 45/50 seats, ideally capable of operating at max load from runways >1200m. Aircraft parking is free, DOCs covered by the contracting party, other T&Cs negotiable.

Note that as this is an experimental programme, there can be no Min Guaranteed Hours in the initial phase, but the aircraft/crew must be available at least two days per week (route/schedule to be discussed).

Flexibility and constructive engagement at this stage will - if the project is successful - be rewarded by long-term partnership and/or consultant/postholder appointment.
