Experienced airline executive has developed a cost-smart, market intelligent regular scheduled Jet airline for Brazil.

Have been in the airline industry for 22years, having spent close to 15years in Brazil at Senior-Executive level,and know the weaknesses / strengths + potenial of the market and working climate.

Estimate U$5Million as capital requirement for the 1st 18-24month period, but would like to achieve U$7.5-U$8.5million capital availability/fund target to attend to any possible contingencies. Have the introduction and a business plan in Portuguese prepared if there might be any serious interest.
I do have the Exec summary in bi-lingual format.
Currently airline capital regulations for Brazil are: 80% must be Brazilian nationality, and 20% can be foreign.
However, This rule has been recently been adjusted to allow up to 49% foreign capital. The law has not been regulated yet.
