&lt;P&gt;We are working on brandnew hardcore combat flightsimulation named "FighterOps".&lt;BR&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.fighterops.com"&gt;www.fighterops.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR&gt;And we are looking for somebody&amp;nbsp;who can&amp;nbsp;assist our lead powerplant engineer.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV id=post_message_63084&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;B&gt;Position:&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/I&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Power Plant Designer (Flight Model Department)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;B&gt;Tasks:&lt;/B&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Aerodynamically model the engine(s) installed on each modeled aircraft. In other words, be able to determine values for Net thrust (Fn), RPM (N1), Fuel Flow (FF), Turbine Inlet Temperature (TIT), variable nozzle diameter etc for controlled and uncontrolled flight conditions and for ISA and non-ISA conditions.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Collect this gained data into a special formatted excel file and report to our System and Avionics coder. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Post weekly progress report on the forums.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Be able to be present during the weekly Flight Model Department meeting (discussion and evaluation of our weekly progress + discussing new approaches, open issues and problems etc). &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;B&gt;Profile:&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Bachelor/Engineering degree in (powerplant) aerodynamics (aeronautics) or degree that can justify his/her application request (this can be also due to his/her experience level).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Be able to work independent yet be able to work in a team. Highly motivated.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Have a good english language knowledge on the technical aspects on the subject to improve team comms.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Be able to work a minimum of 10 to 15 hours a week average.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Be able to deliver a weekly progress report and attend the meetings. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Coding (C++) experience is an advantage, but not required.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;B&gt;We offer you:&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;A trial period of 1 month and after a positive evaluation, a XSI contract of indeterminate period. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;The excitement of being a part of a team that brings commercial simulation technology to a new and higher detailed realistic level.
