Try using a WW2 Dynamotor they convert 12 Vdc or 24 Vdc to a 400 cycle output, there may even be a 3 phase type.

I am a volunteer at the Oakland Aviation Museum. We have a WWII Sperry S-1 bombsight that I am trying to restore as part of a simulator for public education. It requires 3 phase 400hz 110V power. Any suggestions as to where such a power supply can be obtained?
