It can be operated 14/28V and it has Americas database . It was removed due to upgrade to GNS 530 and it was removed from Baron Aircraft. This GNS 430 combines IFR GPS navigation, VHF communication, and moving map graphics on a color map display This unit comes with a rack, a wiring harness, and connectors. It doesnt have manual or training CD. I sold AS IS. &lt;/P&gt;
