Thank you for your feedback and advice, however we must inform you that our business does not involve the names you've listed (TLI Global, capt. Called Adebayo, Capt. Philips).
The request comes from a Nigerian company which is totally different and not connected to the names provided by you.

Hello I want to warn you, if this is for a company called TLI global or some fake capt. Called Adebayo or Capt. Philips then I would not waste your time he has flooded the market for this request for over 6 months already and I know 3 operators who didn't get paid after they signed an LOI, be careful and not to waste too much of your time, if you want more info email me on georgewhite69@hotmail.co.uk

It must have some seats as well (4/5).
Based in Nigeria aircraft will fly 100BH/month.
Long term contract and start date - immediately.
