I have a group in mind that needs up to $50M in venture capital, will start an IPO (begin to sell stock), and lease three older 747s for a discount airline going from LAX-HNL-NRT. We have a business plan available for review for any entity that would be seriously interested in this. Also, the same airline is planning to start a new commuter service from the San Diego hub to LA, Burbank, Ontario, Long Beach, Yuma, and Las Vegas. This venture will utilize Beechcraft QueenAirs.
