HUD symbology F-16

Hi,

I have the flight sim Falcon 4.0 with the SP2 patch. This seems to be a very realistic simulator. On the HUD in landing configuration there are now two tadpoles (the sympol that looks lika a tadpole and that shows you the direction to the next steerpoint). Is that realistic? And what is the difference between the two?
