I'm looking to contract big aircraft in the Middle East and Africa

I was hoping someone could give me some information regarding a company operating in the Middle East/ Africa that contracts out aircraft. I'm looking for something as big as a 737 and all other smaller types of aircraft.

This company needs to have the ability to fly into places such as Iraq, Afghanistan, and Sudan.
