Where do the big birds go to die?

I have searched the net and these forums but have not found any salvage yards that deal with large planes in my area or anywhere else for that matter. I live in Memphis, TN and I am willing to travel. At this point I am willingly to go just about anywhere as long as I can drive so only places you don't have to cross an ocean for. Does anyone know of any kind of listings for airplane salvage yards? I have found some military sites but I need a place I can dig through and buy the parts I want/need. Thanks in advance.
