This is the first time in-flight satellite TV has ever been available in Canada, following JetBlue's U.S. debut of the system in 2000. <br /> <br />The installation of equipment would begin in 4Q2003 and completed in 1Q2004. <br /> <br />There would be ExpressVu's 300 plus channels(!!), much more than Jetblue's 24 channels. <br /> <br />Unfortunately, the service is only available on B737-700 fleet of WestJet, and not on B737-200, which would service the airline until 2010. <br /> <br />Hope WestJet retire the B737-200 ASAP, so to provide better trip for passengers and reduce costs.
