Airlines with best / worst luggage handling

Many passengers are dissatisfied with careless luggage handing of airlines, like luggage loss, damage of fragile items.

So I would like to discuss the airline with best / worst luggage handling, in terms of punctuality and damage to fraglie items.

I think Cathay Pacific has excellent luggage handing, as there is almost no complaints on luggage loss, and there are very few damages of fragile items.

What do you think?
