Agree - It is just a matter of time before this will be changed.

But a lot of the hits are counted from AV****, so it doesn't say anything about your sites rank.

If they both direct you to the exact same site it is. (We interpret the rules :) ) But nothing prevents you from placing the same id logo on both sites (If they are indeed the same site, just with different URL)
