Hi. I'm an FAA A&P mechanic working under a repair station (FAR Part 145). We have a Gulfstream GIV aircraft. Can I sign a post- and pre-flight inspection and release aircraft into service after maintenance? I'm not type-rated on the previously mentioned aircraft. If you can, please provide FAR references about this.
