Hi, I'm a soon to be Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. I'm about to go to work placement, and am in the process of deciding what tools I should buy.
My professors have taught me a lot about tools so far, but as to what brands to buy that they haven't quite elaborated on.
I am very tempted to start buying some Mastercraft tools. From what I hear they are decent enough to use on a day to day basis. They also have a life time warranty so what could be wrong with buying them, really?
Also, there are really good sales on these tools at Canadian Tire all the time, I'm talking from 25 - 70 percent off.
Please tell me your opinion about these tools, and how they would serve me as an AME.
