Im a senoir in highschool and i already have a NROTC scholarship to Universtiy of Colorado. The other night i recieved my first speeding ticket, granit i have had a written warning. I know that through college i have to work my but of to get a pilot slot, but does having this ticket on my record affect my chance of a getting a pilot slot.

I'd notify your NROTC commander or admissions liason officer.  Unless it was a felony, it shouldn't be a problem.
