    question

I've just recently become interested in becoming a pilot. I've been reading about the height requirements for becoming a pilot and most of my research indicates that you would have to be 64 inches to get a job anywhere. I'm 3 inches short of that.
Does anyone know if the height requirements vary...or is that the standard?
Is 64 inches just for the Air Force??

    Re: question

AF requires 5"5 to 6"5. Navy minimum is 62in. And what are with all these people who cant use grammer and post random replies and threads? Not to be rude... it's kind of annoying though. Not you Zoe.

    Re: question

The height requirements for military pilots are largely based on ejection seat parameters.  (They don't want pilots dieing during ejections.)

I don't know if there is any waiver process for height.

***This is only a requirement if you want to be a military pilot.
