hi there, Im new here, i need your help for diagnostics on a wescam M12DS-200 with the Smartlink SIU-800 and hand controller HCL-800, our system on the SIU said gimball software not aviable, so we want to diagnostic if the problem i the camera the smartlink or the controller, additional to this the camera spin only witout control from the control, thanks
